Ok, my patience is wearing a little thin and I 
was wondering what other people's experience with 
this dealer has been like.  I know they've first 
updated this past March, but I would really like 
to hear what you think about their service, and 
if you had any problems, how you/they resolved 
it.  Any kind of advice would be greatly 
appreciated!!  I'm really starting to feel 
neglected since I've emailed them 3 times now and 
still have not heard back from them......
