I don't go for "cute" cels, but Curt had this in 
his discount bin at Expo and I had to get it.  I 
have no idea why, it completely doesn't fit the 
cels I normally collect or my gallery at all!

I have no idea what anime it's from, I just bought 
it because it's silly and made me laugh, I guess.
