while i think that eBay feedback is a great way
to tell what kind of seller a person is, i don't
think that customer satisfaction is the biggest
difference between dealers and personal sellers.
the thing that gets me between the two is that
dealers have a lot more experience with cels,
while personal sellers may have a lot of
experience or none at all, or just experience
with the shows that they collect from.
the thing about experience is spotting a fake.
while i'm not saying that personal sellers
cannot spot a fake, i'm saying that a dealer,
having more experience, will have a better
chance at it than a personal seller. also, i
think that they sell for more because people
wait for their updates. since you don't have a
sales site, people aren't really looking for
your updates, and only big ryoko fans who have
already asked about your cels are most likely to
pay most for them. just my opinions,
