So, is there a reason why some bids end in odd 
amts, like 124.37$?  Do people do this as a 
strategy?  Is it something to do with the bid 
increments set by the seller?  I've just always 
wanted to know, as I see a lot of cels end in 
these freaky amts.  I dont know if people are 
being cheap, or if they bid in cents they think 
no one will outbid their exact amt? @_@ I hunger
