When I par down and its a show I love, if I have 
multiple cels of the same character I gather the 
cels and look at them.  I ask myself if its really 
necessary to have all these cels of the same 
person.  Usually, I find that I have 1 or 2 that I 
can let go of.

On a lot of shows that are not my favorites, I 
just try to limit myself to 1 cel per character.
