First of all thanks for the instant replies to 
my seek for advice in recognizing a cel, I 
really appreciate this.I'm a comic and comic art 
collector and fan of anime for years but it's 
the last weeks I found out about animation art.I 
was wondering if there is a chance for a cel or 
douga to come with COA (certificate of 
authenticity). I know about comic pages but I 
don't know how the whole animation art stuff 
works.
