Your best bet is Central Park Media, they're 
known to have the largest collection of Uro cels 
in the USA. I've tried to contact them, but they 
dont me a straight answer as to whether or not 
they're willing to sell them off. I'd foret about 
teh Alector cel. I've never even seen cels from 
the third series, nor the fourth.
