i likes... a lot! here's some suggestions for 
you (not sure if you want them, i'm not being 
critical, hopefully helpful ^~...):

1. looks like you need to add more paint to your 
cel. i can see the dark spots from scanning 
where the layer of paint was too thin. mine do 
this, too; i just go back and reapply a color, 
and then after it dries i scan it again ;).

2. are those lines on his arms intentional? ;) 
hard to tell because they could be or could not 
be...

other than that, this is a great cel! i like how 
it is very complimentary to the background, a 
very nice touch. great cel!~
