Does anyone know of a SAFE procedure to detach 
cels layers and/or cels from sketches? There are 
a lot of GREAT cels I am looking at, but the cels 
are stuck to the sketch or in some cases another 
layer. I would really love to buy these cels, but 
layers being stuck is really unattractive to me.
