Hi,

I really want to find a cel of this charactor 
called Elector! She is in the 3rd Urotsukidoji 
OVA called Return of the Overfiend. She looks 
like a princess and has a metal crown on her 
head. I know that cels from Urotsukidoji are 
rare, so if you have seen a cel of this charactor 
please let me know where you saw it? I have 
included a pic of her.
