Hi,

I want to put an animated gif in front of a cel I 
have. & am not too sure if I’m doing it the right 
way.

I am limited in the way of programs.  I only have 
the scanning program that came with my Cannon 
Scanner, ArcSoft Photo Studio. & Microsoft: 
Picture It that comes with Windows XP.

Can someone help me with this?
