I don't really have the time to respond to you
individually, so I'll do it here, hoping you're
reading it.
I'm getting emails from buyers and eBay
complaints on a daily base about non-received
items from my "Akita Sale" in November 2004.
However, I shipped most within a week after I
received your payment. If not, within 2 weeks as
the post office has stupid hours and I can only
go on Wednesdays or Saturdays, but in the latter
case, I oversleep their opening hours^^;
Anyways, your items being shipped is all I can
tell you! If anything returns or whatever, I'll
let you know. By asking me 3 times a
week "Where's my item" and expecting a different
anwer everytime you ask the same question,
nothing will advance. Sorry to sound so harsh,
but I'm not one who laughs about the same joke
after hearing it a hundred times.
Most of you did not ask for insurance and still
ask me for tracking numbers after I shipped the
item. Excuse me, but insurance, registration and
EMS are on request, so unless you ask me to
insure, register or EMS your cel or sketch, I'll
ship it through regular airmail and will not
have any tracking info to provide.
No, no, please no "That's why I demand all my
buyers to have it insured" - if it's not
optional, I get "Boohoo, too expensive, me don't
want!". I am not holding a gun to anyone's
head: "Insure it!/Don't insure it!" - neither
makes buying and selling a pleasure, so I leave
it up to you whom I want to be capable of
deciding about security measures for yourself as
shipping and insurance money is your money.
We're all more or less adults who decide for
themselves what's responsible or what isn't. Or
at least, I treat people that way. I will not
think for you.
And almost none asked for any kind of insurance,
which means that, unless I misspelled your
address, my duty ends at the post office.
Then, there's the evil force of religion:
christmas! I don't even want to start imagining
the heaps of mail piled up in post offices
allover the world, waiting to be shipped as a x-
mas gift. But guess why I call x-mas "X-Mess"?
It significantly slows down shipping from
November till January.
And as most of you live in the US, 2 even in
Australia, we've already got quite a distance to
cover. The cel my mum once bought me for x-mas
arrived for my birthday, 5 of August. And it was
shipped through EMS. Wow, huh?
I'm not perfect, and it did happen to me a
thousand times that I thought I'd shipped
something and it turned out that I didn't. Yeah,
daydreaming me. But trust me, after searching
the house a hundred times over and not finding
an assumably shipped item, means, I guarantee,
that I shipped it.
Long story short, by complaining, your items
won't arrive any faster, it will only cause me
to block your emails once I've had enough. I'm
sorry, but please understand. Maybe I'm
oversensitive, but it really gets to me to have
to explain the same stuff over and over again
because someone at the other end of the line
can't accept my answer the first time around.
Ain't my eBay feedback I'm worrying about, it's
just that I don't like being tormented by the
thoughts of complaints that I don't deserve all
day long.
Thanks for hopefully understanding
