What I've found with them is they don't always 
reply to every thing you send them, but I do know 
that they listen to it. I've been dealing with 
them a lot lately and the only time I ever really 
get an email from them, its a rundown of my 
purchase and what I owe them. 

But yes, I have heard from them in the past 48 
hours. :)
