Hello I'm from the U.K

For some reason we can not get IPMO's for Japan 
in this country and what ever you do do not get 
anything from the bank as the person at the other 
end would have to pay a large fee in bank charges 
to cash it in.

The only real option open is to send Japanese yen 
cash by recorded or registered airmail. It's not 
recommeneded but I have not had any problems in 2 
years of doing it this way.
