I'm almost 100% sure it means "homepage". I can 
read a /little/ Japanese and the way it's used 
makes me believe think that's the case.

And anyway, they say "homepage" a lot more than 
they do "website" in places like Japan and Hong 
Kong. :)

Never seen HD though, so I have no idea what it 
can be. ^^"
