These are Heiko Inc. OPP (Oriented 
Polypropylene) Self-Stick cel bags that measure 
11 3/4 inches x 9 5/8 inches.  They are clear 
and glossy, and good protection for your cels.  
With the reusable adhesive strip, you can close 
the bag up (I usually use a hole punch or snip 
off a corner to allow the cel to "breathe").

"Standard" cels measuring 10 inches x 9 1/2 
inches, which are most TV and OAV cels, will be 
able to fit in these bags, and they will also 
fit nicely into standard size cel books.
