Since Robert's Anime Corner has only one page for 
all the updates on the site, Keep Track hits it 
whenever DVDs or other items are added to their 
stock. As for Splashpage, they had up on their 
site that they were going to be away at a con. So 
when they returned, the information removed thus 
showing an "update" on Keep Track. 

I imagine the program of Keep Track just looks 
for changes in the pages and not necessarily that 
there are new cels being sold. I hope this helps.
