When you read the booklets they send, you will
see the kind of care your art will receive.
These people can fix just about anything, but
it's very painstaking. They go through tons of
research to match colors properly, paint lines
the same thickness, and prevent the cel from
gaining anymore damage. I think the prices they
charge are quite fine. You're asking them to
restore animation art, restoring any art takes a
skilled hand, time, equipment and knowledge. I
feel that paying for those things to have a cel
that's important you to restored to it's original
beauty is well worth it. I plan on sending them
a few things later on myself. Depending on what
the damage is to the cel, there are also other
places that can help. Pierro Tonin can help too,
but I dont have their address. Use Google to
search for them :) Good luck!
