The auction showed these nice sketches and said
there were like 6 cm of other sketches.  When I
got them in, I saw only those sketches that were
scanned and the 6 other cm of sketches were just
"scraps" of something, they didn't have all the
CUTS the store mentioned (they said about 15
CUTS), and even a big chunk of the scraps I have
never seen in the Anime.

Would this be a good enough reason for a return? 
I have only had one other problem before with them
and it eventually got resolved.  I have since
purchased sever hundred dollars worth of other
items and never had a problem.
