your computer is not able to access and capture 
a screenshot of what's playing on the dvd 
because it's not actually *there*. if you want 
to get screen caps, you should download a 
software for doing so. i've used a couple, but 
the one i like the best is CyberLink PowerDVD, 
which you can search for and download at 
download.com. if 
you click the link it will take you straight to 
the info page about PowerDVD. hope that helps,
