Usually, in large lots like these, most of the 
cels are from the same show, or at least the same 
studio.  If you can ID one, you've got a good 
lead on the rest of them.

I recall someone mentioning recently that a store 
in London was selling off oodles of GTO cels.  
Perhaps these cels are from that lot?
