I emailed them just today and got a reply, same
day. Were you emailing about requesting a bid on
an auction? Or was it something else, like the
status of your cels or shipping? I've found that
asking to place bids happens quickly. Billing
questions are more slow, only b/c that department
isn't on a good server so they don't check their
mail often. Shipping type questions usually have
to be answer by Keigo so that takes a day or
more. Overall Celga is quite responsive. Maybe
you should mail them again. |
