Due to winning the Dom cel of my dreams and also 
going to an expensive fiddle lesson today I'm 
parting with this dramatic cel of Justy Ueki 
Tylor ^^;;

The cel is 2 layers, 1 is a correction layer, 
neither layer is stuck, but there are two pieces 
of tape at the very top.  Comes with matching 
sketch.  From episode 25, a very depressed Tylor 
wanders the city ^^ so sad
