Usually a "color copy background" means it is a
color photocopy of a normal painted background.
It doesn't necessarily mean it's matching but
sometimes it is. :) It can still stick to the
cel though since it is paper, so it should
probably be kept separate. Depending on the inks
used, it can be more damaging than a painted one.
Sometimes you might see the term "laser
background." Sometimes people just mean color
copy by this, but sometimes they mean that the
actual production background happened to be
printed out.
