Here's Ramia I think his name is from 
Betterman.  I haven't seen any of this series, 
but given the fact that Koyasu Takehito plays 
this chara and because the character design of 
this specific chara is so unique--not to mention 
quite bishy--I had to add this one to my 
collection...  heehee
