That is definitely a cel of Gau (ooh, look at 
those purdy eyes!!) not Dias.

And not to spoil this for anyone, but Dias is 
Elle Ragu's brother.
 
But Elle adopted Gau when he was little, so that 
would kinda make Gau and Dias brothers, but not 
biologically. Did that make sense?
