Another cel for sale! This is a cel of Shayla-
Shayla from the El-Hazard OVA Series.  It's in 
excellent condition, with no line fading, and 
it's not stuck!  It has the official AIC 
imprint.  As with most AIC cels, there is no 
pencil drawing.  There is a plastic 
sheet behind the cel to keep it from ever 
becoming attached to the paper.  I'm asking $100
