Yes, #1 here is definitely Idomu. I've not seen 
any other series (except perhaps another CLAMP 
series, and they are all still distinctive) that 
draws eyelashes and hair wisps the same way as 
for CCD. And even though you can't see much of 
it, the collar of the uniform is a dead giveaway. 
The colors in the other cel you have seen are 
probably just different due to lighting or scan 
quality.

Afraid I won't be much help on pastel boy. Wish I 
could be. ^_^  Congrats on a couple of nice mis-
cel-laneous purchases.
