I knew what the green stuff was, I just didn't 
know what the brown stuff was.  After she 
said 'its grass' I went back and looked again and 
decided that the brown sausage looking item was 
actually his gloved fingers.

Let's just say at a glance it didnt look like 
gloved fingers. *blush*
