They were mostly "active" for cels in 96-97. Then 
they more or less stoped getting new ones 
regularly. But still even if they were then 
posting a few cels every couple of months, it was 
usualy "interesting" cels. Which is why I kept 
them in Keep-Track. (After all, when I first made 
Keep-Track for myself, it was also so that I 
didn't had to check every day interesting sites 
that were updating only rarely :).

Those cels come from Splashpage (there was many 
others but I don't remember :) :
