I don't have much information about it since the 
series hasn't been eleased here yet.  I am 
guessing it is some kind of a transformation 
sequence cel, or maybe an OP/ED credits.  Who 
knows!  If anyone who has senn the show can shed 
any light, I would really appreciate it.  ^_^
