I have over two-dozen BGC OVA cels, so I'm well 
aware of what they're capable of going for. ^_^  
I HAVE come upon a lot of Lisa cels, but I'm not 
as enthusiastic about getting a cel of her as I 
am about getting one of Anri, or Largo lol.  And 
as for Scramble Wars cels, one guy on this forum 
e-mailed me and showed me his cels from that 
one.  I KNOW they're hard to come by, but that 
hasn't stopped me from getting a good one of Rumy 
from SWars (for $35) ^_^
