WHOO! Something else to add to the plethora (does
anyone else think of "Three Amigos" when they
hear that?) of show me threads.
I'm sitting here typing one-handed. Don't get any
ideas, you sickos...I'm bleaching my hair, and my
other hand is gloved and covered with bleach. I'm
trying to get it to turn white for con season -
I'm cosplaying as Dante from "Devil May Cry", and
figure the best way to do a white-haired
character is to turn my hair white. This is my
third bleaching, and it's worked on most of my
hair...it is now a soft, gentle white.
HOWEVER...my bright red highlights (two in the
front, on my bangs, and then all along the edge
of my hair and the nape of my neck) that I used
to have are an absolute BITCH to remove. So far,
I've gotten them down to a veeeery light pink (at
first, they were neon pink, and then they turned
Chibiusa pink, ugh)...so we'll see how they are
after this. In a second, I'm going upstairs for
more hair dryer treatment (to activate the bleach
more).
So, in honor of my effort to achieve impossible
hair colors...show me your most hueful 'do's!
-Misha
P.S - if anyone has any bleaching tips...feel
free to share them and/or e-mail them to me!
