Oh boy... don't I hate newbies on eBay. I'm
having my own spat about someone in Australia who
bought some CDs from me, and did NOT pay for EMS
and get insurance, and how his package is lost.
I simply told him to speak to eBay, and they
wouldn't do much, since I clearly stated in my
auctions that I'd not be responsible.
As for you... I am not sure if he can still leave
feedback or not. It is your RIGHT not to sell to
him, after he's waited ALL that time. 2 payments
sent via money orders aren't likely to happen,
but the post DOES to weird things at times. I've
had money orders lost on me, but not more than
once to the same person, around the same time.
Simply tell him that it's been too long, and that
you will send back his money order if he sends
it. Tell eBay what's going on as well, if he
gives you any problems. Other than that... I
don't know what to tell you. :(
Hopefully he still can't give feedback, seeing as
he's the one at fault, and it would just be
a "neg for a neg" if you've already given him
feedback.
I hate bidders who do that, too.
