well, if you want to get an ipmo, you have to go 
to the postoffice. make sure that you tell the 
worker that you want the pink *international* 
money order, because they are different than 
domestic money orders. just tell them how much 
you want it for, and then you pay that amount + 
the cost of the money order (~3.50 i think right 
now).

someone said a while back that the post office 
was discontinuing selling ipmo's soon, so i don't 
know whether they aren't selling them anymore or 
not. hope this information helps,
