the most prized cel in my collection. It is the 
only cel I have EVER seen of this character. 
This is a cel of Majin Hiei from YYH. It is in 
pristine condition, and comes with a sketch in 
the same condition. The cel's sequence number is 
A11 E. It is a key end cel!!! Please send all
