Okay, so I didn't keep quite enough of a balance
in my PayPal account to cover all the shipping
fees I'm going to need to shell out tonight. 
(Third trip to the PO in the last five days, and
the miscalculation has now become apparent.)  And
I'd really rather not break out the credit card
for this.

at or below the price I paid to get 'em.  The one
caveat is that payment must be made today, via
PayPal.  And, of course, the cels will be shipped
tonight, since I'm going to the PO anyway.  ^_^
