I recently bought a cel of a Ebay depicting a 
scene from the movie Tenchi Muyo in Love 2 
(Tenchi Forever).  It came with a painted 
background that was done on thin, delicate 
paper.  I was wondering - Do many cels often come 
with painted backgrounds, or is mine just 
unique?  Does anyone know why it might have a 
painted background (it doesn't even seem to match 
the scene from the movie)?  Anyway, I'm a newbie 
to cel collecting, so any info would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks!
