It was a small extra that was included in the 
imported Shin Tenchi aka Tenchi in Tokyo. Ryoko 
and Washu have Tenchi prisoner in a tall castle-
like structure and Rambo Sakuya is on a mission 
to save him. That's not actually Ryo-ohki... just 
a little loin cloth that looks like her. It's 
been a while since I saw it but this is how I 
remember it.
