Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville California 
had a Charity event Sunday evening.  They had a 
Preview showing of the English language version 
of Spirited Away to be shown before it was 
released to the General Public and the special 
guest was Miyazaki.  The film was shown in their 
digital theater.  There was a silent auction for 
many Studio Ghibli items which I could not 
afford (trying to buy a house) but I was lucky 
to meet Miyazaki and obtain an autograph from 
him personally.  I was very happy!   

The only cel related items from Studio Ghibli 
were hand painted cel art prints? 
limited additions signed by Miyazaki.  One cel 
copy was from Totoro and the other was from 
Spirited Away.  the Spirited Away cel was from 
an edition of 300.  Last I looked the highest 
bid was over $1000, don't know what the final 
bid was.
