I usally wait until I have the cel in my hands 
but I just had to let someone know how happy I 
am. I won Rose! She is one of my favorate Street 
Fighter characters and I won a nice cel of her 
off Ebay. And it was pretty cheap too. Its a 
really nice up close shot of her that will look 
good framed. Now if only I could find a nice 
Akuma cel.
