I bought three cel off of Rinkya.  However, I 
only received two of the three cels -- although 
the third was listed as being shipped.  So I was 
wondering if anyone received an extra cel.

The cel is from Sakura Wars/Taisen.  It has two 
characters in the cel.  One is Iris (little 
blonde girl in profile) and the other is Jean-
Paul (a brown teddy bear).
