Hey everybody, this is a little off topic, 
but... maybe somebody will know what's the 
problem here.  I just recently got WinXP and was 
trying to install my scanner, but try after try, 
I still can't get it to install the drivers for 
it right.  This is a scanner that I was using on 
my old computer (WinME), but I would think that 
since I have XP now, it shouldn't be very 
difficult to get it to work...  Here's what I 
was doing.  The scanner came with an install CD, 
I used that and it started to work fine; it 
installed the extra application program that 
came with the scanner, but the drivers, I guess, 
still don't work right.  I've played around with 
the trial and error method of trying to get it 
to work, but still no luck.  Has anybody had any 
problems installing an older scanner to a XP 
system?  Maybe I'm just not doing something 
exactly right...  I dunno.  Any help greatly 
appreciated!  Then I can scan a couple other 
cels that I have no images of...  cel of Spike 
from Cowboy Bebop & a dude from Weiss 
Kreuz..that I'd like to sell  lol  ^^;;;;
