IMO the OVA is waaaay better than 2040, but 2040 
is ok in its own right ^_^

I was really lucky finding that cel for cheap, 
because cels of Sylvie tend to be VERY 
pricey...that cel of her and Priss only cost me 
$59 though =D

Oh yeah, here's another one from the OVA that I 
got at NDK...a cel of Priss during her concert
