OK I admit I only bought this cel to cannibalize the back 
ground, for 5 bucks what the heck.   I would however  I'd 
like to know about the cel,  I've seen work from Tobe 
Isami and it looked very close.   Is anyone familiar with 
this anime? Is it availible in the US and is it worth the 
effort to hunt down?  Any info would be great.  Thanks
