Hi, sorry to break the news, but Hamtaro/Hamutaro
is computer colored/digitally painted, so there
are no physical cels.  You probably could find
pencil sketches though, but I have yet to see one
Hamtaro/Hamutaro pencil sketch, douga or genga.
