he he, you would think it was a pan cel, right? 
but it's not...the cel paint just doesn't touch 
the top or bottom of the cel, which makes it look 
longer.
   I've heard a few people talk about wanting to 
watch noir, which I highly encourage. but from 
the noir collectors' viewpoint would that mean 
more friends, or more competition? :P
