Just curious, I have never seen the Psychic 
Force anime, and really haven't come across it 
at retail.  But cels always seem to show up.  Is 
this a popular anime in Japan?  Just in the US?  
I mean the character design looks nice and all, 
and I suppose if I had more money I'd consider 
getting some, but can someone explain the 
fascination?
