When a cel doesn't have a background, is it very 
popular in Japan to display it on a colored piece 
of paper or matboard? I frequently see cels 
displayed against solid colors on some Japanese 
sites, and also I've received cels bagged with 
colored paper/matboard of various types. . . But 
I don't think I've seen US collectors do this.
