Certain games in the old days, their animation 
scenes are done on cels, like 3x3 Eyes, Howled 
Owl...etc.  But most games are done on CG.

You do see certain game cels once in a while, but 
generally is hard to find.  If you see a dealer 
carries it, then that's your chance.
